The Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 ended in the State of California on 4/3/23. At Grace Community Home Health, we will continue to put your health and safety as our first priority.

Our FDA-approved respirators, equipment cleaning technique, and meticulous hand sanitizing protocols are designed to prevent transmission of COVID-19 and keep you and your loved ones safe.

If you or your loved ones have fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, or new loss of taste or smell, or have been exposed to anyone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and are receiving care from Grace Community, please inform us immediately at
